Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in supplier and material data governance activities within the supply chain domain.
- Collaborate with data stewards on process design, documentation, and the development of global standards and business rules.
- Perform hands-on stewardship tasks, including assessing, cleansing, normalizing, and conforming data to meet business requirements.
- Analyze data to identify quality gaps using defined standards.
- Participate in reporting and data analytics activities, supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement through data mining.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and analytics, and develop algorithms to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively across various teams and contribute to problem-solving and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processing technology and devices is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Reporting and analytical skills using Power BI are preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python.
- Working knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools is desired.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with global teams are required.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proactive and committed approach and excellent analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Solid understanding of data management and governance practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills.
