Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas in accordance with established protocols.
- Learn the proper handling and application of cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals.
- Support the implementation of sustainability practices in cleaning and maintenance operations.
- Help maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly report any shortages.
- Participate in deep cleaning projects and special maintenance initiatives as needed.
- Document completed tasks accurately and report any maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Respond to cleaning requests from property managers and tenants in a timely and professional manner.
