Key Responsibilities:
- Drive policy development and implementation for risk and compliance processes across onboarding, KYC, and servicing functions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including product, engineering, legal, compliance, and merchant operations.
- Create, streamline, and automate processes for reviewing merchant KYC documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Work with merchant operations teams to review, refine, and optimize their standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Build processes and systems for validating merchant documentation against applicable regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on the evolving KYC regulatory landscape to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Support internal audits and assessments to maintain and strengthen regulatory standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Finance, or a related field, with 1–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Highly data-driven, with proficient knowledge of Excel and basic SQL.
- Possess strong program and process management skills, with the ability to drive execution rigor across stakeholders.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing regulatory environment.
- Strong focus on delivering an excellent merchant experience, with a bias for execution and results.
