Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and implement business requirements to support lead development initiatives.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve the quality of leads.
- Provide business recommendations to internal partners based on quantitative and qualitative data insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve, enhance, and develop specific datasets that support lead generation and management.
- Drive process improvements and support the automation of the lead generation application.
- Coordinate with the Data and BI teams to ensure alignment and seamless data operations.
- Provide user support and deliver training on data usage and lead management tools.
- Communicate lead management analytics effectively to customers with limited data expertise.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on technical details to ensure the accuracy and usability of solutions.
- Learn quickly and apply creative approaches to transform data into actionable sales and marketing recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to manage priorities and deliver results effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Strong business knowledge in a specific domain or exposure to dealer operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, solve business issues, and communicate results clearly to a broad and diverse audience.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and the creation of meaningful visualizations.
- Understanding of aftermarket services and their business impact.
- Basic programming skills in any language, with a preference for Python.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Advanced programming skills in any language.
- Product knowledge, application knowledge, and dealer operations knowledge.
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of successfully delivering results.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Ability to work independently and proactively engage with others in a timely and relevant manner.
