Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate working sessions between customers and IT teams to define and document business requirements.
- Collect data from customers regarding systems and report issues that may impact service delivery.
- Prepare detailed business functional requirements documents to support project and system needs.
- Compile cost assessment data for projects, including supplier and vendor integration components.
- Recommend changes or improvements to business and technical requirements as needed.
- Prepare business operations reports and provide actionable recommendations based on analysis.
