Key Responsibilities:
- Study relevant literature and develop scripts and algorithms for the defined research area.
- Perform data analysis and statistical analysis to derive insights.
- Develop predictive maintenance models and implement alarm systems to support proactive maintenance.
- Automate tasks related to data logger commissioning to improve efficiency.
- Develop models for reliability analysis, life cycle cost estimation, and reuse rate evaluation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech.) or postgraduate (MS / ME / M.Tech.) final year student in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on programming skills in Python, along with experience in other coding platforms such as Java and R.
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of statistics and its applications.
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
- Good knowledge of the Hadoop 2.0 ecosystem and data structures.
- Competence in algorithm development and optimization with a focus on time and space complexity.
- Sufficient knowledge of stream processing concepts.
- Working knowledge of PySpark or Spark for handling big data.
- Experience in automation using scripts.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment as part of a self-organizing team.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with a willingness to share solutions and best practices across teams.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to apply logical, analytical, and innovative thinking to solve a range of technical problems.
