Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytics to develop business solutions that enhance understanding of the organization’s customers, processes, channels, and products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define detailed questions, problems, and opportunities that can be addressed through advanced analytics.
- Ensure that both new and existing business processes are designed to be efficient, simple, and as automated as possible.
- Work in an Agile environment within cross-functional data and analytics teams, coordinating efforts and resources to meet project and scrum objectives.
- Deliver data and analytics solutions that provide measurable commercial and customer value.
- Translate complex data and analytics opportunities into clear, engaging insights that business stakeholders can understand and act upon.
- Support stakeholders in selecting the most appropriate data-driven approaches for addressing business needs.
- Leverage emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to perform advanced analytics.
- Communicate regular updates to key stakeholders, integrating work across advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering in a clear and business-relevant manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong passion for data and analytics, with sound knowledge of data architecture, key tools, and relevant coding languages.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear visualizations and meaningful insights using appropriate tools and systems.
- Good understanding of financial services, with the ability to assess wider business impacts, risks, and opportunities by connecting insights across various outputs and processes.
- Solid knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in translating complex data and insights into actionable information for key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with disciplines such as data engineering, data science, and decisioning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, and SAS.
