Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of interactions to determine whether positive outcomes have been achieved.
- Understand end-user needs and contribute to the enhancement and development of products.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of insightful reports.
- Evaluate conduct risks and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to drive meaningful change.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess experience in the financial industry.
- Capable of managing personal workload and meeting deliverables independently.
- Proficient in simplifying and presenting complex findings clearly.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking, with the capability to take ideas from concept to execution.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with the ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.
- Display excellent organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in roles related to outcomes testing, root cause analysis (RCA), or quality assurance (QA) is preferred.
- Proven track record in conducting outcomes testing within the financial industry.
- Ability to influence the development and maintenance of products.
- Experience in evaluating conduct risks and implementing improvements.
