Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for cloud-based applications to ensure reliability and performance.
- Implement test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency, scalability, and coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and architecture in order to design effective and targeted test strategies.
- Utilize AWS services to build scalable, reliable, and robust test environments.
- Develop and execute automated tests for AWS-integrated services such as Kafka, focusing on message integrity, performance, and reliability.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously enhance test processes and automation practices to improve product quality and accelerate delivery timelines.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results to ensure transparency and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Up to 2 years of work experience in test automation for Cloud and SaaS-based applications.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in full-stack test automation, particularly for cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- Strong understanding of Apache Kafka, including producing and consuming messages for test automation purposes.
- Proficient in programming with Python.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar alternatives.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
- Exposure to NoSQL and graph databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and Graph DB.
- Experience working in Agile software development projects.
- Ability to verify system architecture for stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability.
