Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple teams engaged in collection and value-added tasks within the Transaction function.
- Lead regional or business-specific teams to enhance workflow systems, focusing on process efficiency, productivity, and functional improvements.
- Foster effective coordination and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams, intra-cluster groups, and dataset teams in different locations.
- Interact with internal and external clients when required and contribute to new projects and data enhancement initiatives as assigned.
- Take ownership of performance measurement, talent development, team engagement, and maintaining a positive work environment (VIBE) for the teams.
- Prepare and share timely status reports and updates with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage or support multiple operational and project-based teams across locations in planning and implementing process and operational changes.
- Act as a champion of LEAN culture and actively promote practices involving LEAN methodologies, robotics, artificial intelligence, and related innovations.
- Identify individual team member strengths to delegate tasks effectively, while guiding and mentoring team leads and members for future growth and development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduate (BBA, B.Com, BMS) or postgraduate/MBA with a specialization in Finance, with a strong academic track record (graduation year 2024 or 2025 only).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Proficient in conducting secondary research using various online and offline sources.
- Willingness to work in a 24×5 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
- Knowledge or certification in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive abilities.
- Capable of conducting efficient thematic research using online tools and resources.
Preferred Skills:
- Preferred understanding of transaction dataset processes such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Public Offerings, and Private Placements, along with familiarity with internal business processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office applications.
