Key Responsibilities:
- Learn from global teams about current onboarding practices for new members.
- Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improving the onboarding process based on employee experiences.
- Design and develop role-specific training curricula, including engaging videos, how-to guides, and other relevant materials to ensure new employees are effectively prepared for their roles.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to new hires during their onboarding journey.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify development areas and recommend appropriate training interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate training programs and manage related administrative tasks.
- Deliver effective presentations and training sessions, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and motivate large groups.
- Maintain regular communication with other onboarding and training teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Update and manage project tracking documents, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution of issues.
- Build and manage strong internal relationships, working collaboratively across the organization to support business goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analysis of AI-driven insights, or evaluating AI’s impact on specific functions or industries.
- Familiarity with Learning and Development (L&D) programs, with hands-on experience in video production and developing training content for semi-technical roles.
- Strong passion for project management with a user-centric mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player capable of working independently, exercising sound judgment, and producing high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
- Proven ability to meet established deadlines and quality benchmarks, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Effective at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining prompt response and resolution times.
