Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of assigned premium processing tasks.
- Escalate queries to Senior Technicians when tasks cannot be completed independently.
- Actively engage in feedback sessions and participate in personal development activities.
- Support the delivery of services in alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to and support all company policies, compliance standards, risk management practices, and audit requirements.
- Successfully complete all required training and assessment exercises assigned by the Compliance and Training Departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a degree-level education.
- Basic awareness of the insurance industry and its significance for businesses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates an aptitude and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working in the financial services industry, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment across various subject areas and business operations, with the ability to function both independently and as part of a team.
