Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, products, payments, and website navigation.
- Proactively prevent issues and provide accurate, timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Use a variety of internal tools and resources to research, navigate, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in India.
- Strong communication skills in English, with fluency in both written and verbal forms.
- Prior experience using a computer and familiarity with basic computer operations.
- Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday within the hours of 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace equipped with a desk and chair.
- Technically equipped with a minimum broadband internet connection of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed via a hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not supported).
