Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting project team and clients to design, manage, and deliver actionable, analysis-driven supply chain design and optimization recommendations.
- Perform data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support supply chain analytics and modeling efforts.
- Build and validate supply chain optimization models and digital twins based on project specifications.
- Execute and evaluate various supply chain scenarios using analytical tools and model outputs.
- Analyze input data and optimization results, generating insights through reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
- Utilize tools such as KNIME, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI for data transformation, analysis, and visualization.
- Work closely with the project manager to gather, transform, analyze, and summarize client data, and report findings.
- Contribute to the design, development, and integration of materials for client presentations, and support the project manager during client meetings.
- Engage with client teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and assist in solution validation and acceptance.
- Identify and communicate potential risks or issues that may affect project schedules or deliverable quality.
- Continuously learn about client industries, supply chain challenges, and business environments.
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to solve client problems and deliver project results.
- Take ownership of specific project elements and drive them to successful completion.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients throughout the engagement.
- Enhance problem-solving and consulting skills through active participation in projects.
- Support internal initiatives such as marketing content (e.g., blogs, case studies) and talent acquisition activities.
- Recommend improvements to existing NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting tools, techniques, and processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
- Possess a minimum of two years of experience in applying quantitative methods to support and analyze supply chain decision-making.
- Demonstrate proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Access, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, R, SPSS, SQL, and Python.
- Advanced skills in handling and managing large datasets using relational databases are an added advantage.
- Have a proven track record of contributing significantly to supply chain projects, particularly in areas such as Supply Chain Design and Inventory Optimization.
- Preferably have hands-on experience with supply chain modeling tools such as LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, ToolsGroup SO99+, JDA Supply Chain Strategist, IBM LogicNet Plus, or similar platforms used for Network Design and Inventory Optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across different cultures.
- Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with a willingness to travel to client locations as required.
