Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of cross-functional, agile development teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to the delivery of highly concurrent systems.
- Take initiative as a highly motivated self-starter, contributing proactively to project goals and team success.
- Plan, develop, test, debug, and refactor both new and existing software functionalities.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into efficient and maintainable code.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end components of the application.
- Identify and resolve system-level issues, including defining architecture, and specifying hardware and software requirements.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment that follows Agile methodologies.
- Partner with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis, review new and legacy code, and perform unit testing.
- Serve as an active and integral member of the software development team, contributing to design and implementation.
- Design and build high-performance, scalable applications that meet business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality software products.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to software development.
- Continuously update technical skills by staying informed about best practices, tools, and development methodologies.
- Demonstrate a quick learning ability and effectively apply new knowledge in practice.
- Leverage strong interpersonal and technical skills to foster effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a BE, ME, or MCA degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in software development, including building, debugging, and reengineering applications.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of real-world software architecture by exploring and analyzing open-source projects.
- Have a solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Practical experience with one or more of the following technologies: .NET/C#, JavaScript and its frameworks, HTML/CSS, and relational databases.
- Display excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfortable working from the office five days a week.
- Willing to join calls during late office hours to align with the US team’s time zone when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in software development or in a similar technical role is highly desirable.
