Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver effective data-driven solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and implement quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written form.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Willingness and ability to work in the 2nd shift in India (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST).
- Demonstrated experience in IT or other technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data modeling techniques.
