Key Responsibilities:
- Work with key parameters including
zerofuel_mass,zerofuel_cg, andfuel_weight. - Handle additional variables such as
altitude,speed, andvertical_loadfactor. - Study and understand existing Design of Experiments (DoE) libraries such as OpenTurns and JohnDoE by creating unit tests, writing docstrings, and preparing technical documentation.
- Replace the temporary Fuel vector implementation in the first DoE with the official implementation.
- Enhance the first DoE by adding complexity through the introduction of an additional dimension:
fuel_density. - Further improve the first DoE by splitting the
fuel_weightdimension into two distinct components:re_fuel_weightandde_fuel_weight. - Integrate the first and second DoE models into a unified DoE framework.
- Add all remaining independent variables necessary to ensure the DoE model achieves practical applicability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree (M.Sc. or M.Eng.) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or Aerospace Engineering.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Solid background in statistics and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience in data wrangling and preprocessing techniques.
- Practical experience in applying Design of Experiments (DoE) for data generation.
- Proficient in using version control systems such as Git and adhering to software development best practices.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end development lifecycle of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
