Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective technical support to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Actively resolve client issues either directly or by escalating them in a timely manner to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure adherence to defined process Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high-quality support standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Solid understanding of the UK mortgage market, with hands-on experience in handling mortgage applications.
- Proven experience in validating customer data and documentation, with a strong track record of identifying Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and fraud-related concerns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing high volumes of work, prioritizing tasks effectively, and consistently meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with onshore teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, using domain knowledge and available support tools to accurately progress mortgage applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling smooth and professional interactions with brokers and customers.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset aimed at achieving first-time-right outcomes.
- Ability to support and mentor team members through training and collaborative efforts.
- Consistent compliance with monthly quality checks, ensuring accuracy and adherence in all casework.
- Good understanding of UK legislation relevant to the mortgage and financial services industry.
- Strong skills in interpreting and articulating complex information clearly and accurately.
- Proficient keyboard skills and familiarity with using a laptop in a professional setting.
- Capable of typing at a minimum speed of 45 words per minute with accuracy.
- 100% adherence to assigned shifts and demonstrated flexibility to work in various shift timings as required.
