Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 12-month apprenticeship program designed to build organizational and product knowledge (duration may vary depending on the role).
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data security measures to safeguard company assets and sensitive information.
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents to detect potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are embedded within systems and business processes.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends related to data security.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Consistent academic performance with a CGPA of 7.5 or above.
Skills:
- Possess a solid understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and concepts.
- Familiar with networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud technologies.
- Knowledgeable about common security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Eager to network with industry leaders, develop skillsets, and be mentored.
- Interested in working on real-world projects that contribute to protecting critical systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic about collaborating with teams and building cross-functional partnerships.
