Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Analysis Responsibilities:
- Conduct account portfolio reviews by collaborating with leadership to understand key business questions and delivering regular insights for informed decision-making.
- Perform performance and return on investment (ROI) analysis to support EY leadership in making data-driven decisions for evolving business initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing data to uncover potential areas for revenue and margin expansion.
- Partner with reporting teams to design best-practice dashboards and visualizations for regular reporting purposes.
Project Responsibilities:
- Extract and join data from multiple sources at scale using SQL for in-depth analysis.
- Develop enterprise-level Power BI dashboards, with experience in managing data models and Row-Level Security (RLS) considered an advantage.
- Create compelling analytics narratives that drive actionable insights and decision-making among stakeholders.
- Demonstrate professional curiosity by exploring data deeply to uncover insights and proactively identifying follow-up questions for further analysis.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and detail to ensure analytical integrity in reports consumed by senior leadership.
- Possess or show willingness to learn foundational knowledge in Data Science and AI methodologies.
- Take full ownership of specific projects, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Skilled in selecting and creating appropriate visualizations to effectively communicate key insights.
- Experienced in applying suitable analytics methodologies tailored to specific business questions to support informed decision-making.
- Proficient in working with relational databases for managing and manipulating data used in analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience writing SQL code to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated experience in data insight and analytics roles, with a minimum of 5 years in hands-on positions.
- Proficient in using Power BI for developing dashboards and visual reports.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in automating data-driven reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Proficiency in building interactive dashboards across multiple platforms.
- A solid understanding of product management best practices.
