Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as a key member of the SCRUM team, taking ownership of QA deliverables and test artifacts including test strategy, test scenarios, test cases, execution results, and end-of-test reports.
- Perform various phases of testing such as unit, system, integration, regression, and functional testing.
- Log and track defects using test management tools.
- Ensure the quality of all deliverables, including participation in internal and external audit processes; conduct formal and informal review cycles and obtain testing sign-offs.
- Manage the eCommerce test environment and test data, including data for integrated systems.
- Support UAT, hypercare, and business go-live testing for new market launches.
- Effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities across multiple tasks and projects.
- Lead QA activities and guide the QA team; collaborate with the product owner and development team to understand business needs and deliver quality solutions.
- Foster strong collaboration with team members across functions.
- Ensure Agile user stories include clear acceptance criteria and regression testing requirements before being added to the development backlog.
