Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technology services through managed services projects, utilizing a general understanding of IQVIA’s products and technical expertise.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to clients, making decisions within defined parameters and under regular supervision.
- Apply a broad understanding of quality standards to deliver work that requires minimal revisions.
- Assist in various project phases, including problem identification, system architecture design, hardware/software specifications, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
- Provide support for Service Requests using the incident management tool (CSM), ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate the routing and management of Requests for Change (RFCs) to the appropriate support level under regular supervision.
- Escalate product support or operational issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Participate in project management activities, including coordination with internal and client managers, and monitoring of project costs and schedules.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or hold equivalent practical experience.
