Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and prioritize sales plays to be leveraged by Account Executives for driving scalable, run-rate revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with India sales teams and cross-functional support teams to activate and implement programs across the region.
  • Work closely with local and global Sales Programs teams to enhance pipeline health and drive consistent improvements at scale.
  • Support the operational rhythm related to scalable pipeline generation and progression initiatives.
  • Design and develop specialized, ad hoc sales plays based on recent wins across industries, customer segments, and geographic regions.
  • Communicate key program initiatives across the business using multiple channels to drive awareness, alignment, and measurable impact.
  • Stay responsive to evolving market conditions, including regulatory changes, and adjust go-to-market strategies with tailored sales plays accordingly.
  • Manage and respond to ad hoc requests from senior management in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Background in commercial structuring, consulting, finance, strategy, or business intelligence/analytics.
  • Solid execution skills, including a structured approach to problem-solving and defining business processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and concise recommendations.
