Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review incoming customer orders to ensure timely processing.
- Verify payment status for each order and promptly report any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate order tracking and complete necessary record-keeping activities.
- Identify and resolve order-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with managers to track order status and escalate any concerns or delays.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on order management activities and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
- High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, global team.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
