Key Responsibilities:
Content Publishing Responsibilities:
- Upload documents, content, and hyperlinks to the external website in accordance with publishing guidelines.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Upload content assets and build web pages accordingly.
- Upload and update images as needed across web platforms.
- Execute bulk updates to content and metadata when required.
- Develop web pages aligned with KPMG’s design standards, incorporating relevant content accurately.
- Apply appropriate metadata to all uploaded content and digital assets.
- Support the digital marketing team with data collection and performance reporting tasks.
Website Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Regularly scan the website for defects and inconsistencies in design.
- Generate reports on page usage and key metrics to track web performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Project and Team Management Exposure:
- Demonstrated experience contributing effectively as a team member in large-scale projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to navigate complexity and ambiguity to achieve outcomes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting client needs by developing appropriate solutions, even when client requirements are unclear or evolving.
- Skilled in providing relevant insights and asking key questions to align with client objectives.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 and AEM Cloud.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with other content management systems (CMS) is considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, usability principles, and web accessibility standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using web analytics tools for statistical reporting and performance tracking.
