Key Responsibilities:
- Possess hands-on experience in core mechanical engineering concepts, including interpreting and preparing engineering drawings, performing geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) analysis, and utilizing mechanical simulation tools.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, and Ansys.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, a learning mindset, and proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel for calculations, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for documentation.
- Assist the team in preparing documentation required for regulatory and quality standards compliance.
- Support the install base engineering team with field data analysis, field failure investigations, and maintaining data in the designated database tools.
- Contribute to the structuring and maintenance of the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM), updating drawings, and managing design changes through the Engineering Change Control Board (ECCB).
- Collaborate with the engineering team in developing mechanical parts, test fixtures, and supporting part inspection and testing activities.
- Assist engineers in the lab with developing and setting up experimental setups, executing planned experiments, and accurately recording test results.
- Support verification, validation, and root cause analysis efforts, including the preparation of relevant reports and maintaining the Design History File (DHF).

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong capability to identify and implement best practices, with the ability to navigate and manage high levels of ambiguity.
