Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions that align with business objectives and deliver high value to customers.
- Translate design documentation and functional programming specifications into robust, scalable, and maintainable software components.
- Ensure all developed components are properly documented, unit-tested, and prepared for integration into the final product.
- Play a key role in architecting software solutions, testing code, and deploying applications using modern development practices.
- Build and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.
- Maintain a strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability to support the long-term success of software products.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software projects within defined timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a software engineer working on complex and large-scale software projects.
- Strong coding proficiency and development experience in languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, along with strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Java Spring Boot and .NET technologies.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and a proven ability to build scalable and robust applications.
- Proficient in working with both relational and NoSQL databases, including data mapping, and handling data formats such as XML and JSON.
- Experienced in developing RESTful web services and APIs for secure and scalable data exchange.
- Solid understanding of architectural principles including microservices architecture, containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, and messaging queues.
- Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design patterns.
Preferred skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Certifications in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or willingness to obtain certifications with Kyndryl support.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, automation, and modern software engineering methodologies.
