Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define key business metrics and gather requirements for delivering scalable insights.
- Design and architect data pipelines, and develop new dashboards to meet stakeholder needs effectively.
- Maintain and enhance existing data infrastructure and dashboards in response to changing business requirements.
- Create and update comprehensive documentation to support user understanding at scale and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of data systems and workflows.
- Optimize SQL queries and data workflows to reduce data landing time and improve infrastructure performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, address gaps, and align on effective data solutions.
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, anticipate potential challenges, and offer strategic guidance to the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and/or other data scripting languages.
- Practical experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong ability to query, analyze, and work with large and complex datasets using various data languages and platforms.
- Demonstrated capability to quickly learn and apply new data analytics tools based on the specific problem or use case.
- Strong analytical mindset and natural curiosity to explore, understand, and interpret patterns or anomalies in data.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems using creative and efficient solutions.
