Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and gather key political and global security developments across assigned countries to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date intelligence coverage.
- Utilize licensed platforms and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques to systematically identify and extract relevant global intelligence events.
- Evaluate and verify the authenticity, credibility, and reliability of sources before incorporating information into the intelligence database.
- Draft and publish structured, analytical intelligence summaries that accurately reflect critical event details.
- Ensure accurate attribution of collected events, maintaining consistency in event categorization and metadata tagging.
- Perform quality control checks on all collected information to detect inconsistencies and ensure adherence to data accuracy standards.
- Continuously identify and incorporate new sources, focusing on primary, region-specific, and highly reliable intelligence channels.
- Collaborate with teams to contextualize terrorism-related data within broader security risk frameworks and client-specific deliverables.
- Provide research support and analytical input for special projects as required by business needs.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection, categorization, and processing, ensuring full compliance with organizational standards.
- Maintain and regularly update country-specific documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of the intelligence collection plan.
- Provide operational support during public holidays, well-being days, and weekends in the event of emergencies such as protests, riots, or political violence in the assigned region or country.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, or a closely related field.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or a Southeast Asian language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of geopolitical affairs and global trends that impact business strategies and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and computer skills for processing and interpreting complex data.
- Exceptional attention to detail in both research and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge and appreciation of various cultures and regional dynamics.
