Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ongoing data load processes, including tracking incoming data feeds and initiating outreach when delays occur.
- Create customized reports based on specifications provided by Business Analysts (BAs).
- Implement configuration, mapping, or logic changes as outlined and prioritized by BAs.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by BAs, performing root cause analysis and driving resolution.
- Write SQL queries across all phases of the client lifecycle to fulfill business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and provide insights.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL or Oracle.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Good academic performance throughout educational background.
- Working knowledge of SQL or any programming language, with a strong interest in working with large datasets.
- Basic understanding of AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus.
