Key Responsibilities:
- Develop highly available, scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Continuously enhance assigned areas through scripting, automation, and application packaging techniques.
- Provide platform support in customer-facing environments by troubleshooting issues and monitoring system performance.
- Demonstrate a willingness to grow professionally and learn from team members and peers.
- Perform thorough unit testing, code debugging, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support system integration, solution testing, and user acceptance testing, and resolve any issues encountered during the process.
- Actively participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities to maintain code standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure smooth project execution.
- Work independently in a cross-cultural environment with 2–3 hours of overlapping work time with US-based stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
- Have 1–3 years of experience in software development and support/maintenance activities.
- Possess hands-on experience with C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, Web Services, SOAP, and ASP.NET Core.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment using Agile methodologies.
- Have some experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Be familiar with version control systems such as Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Be willing and able to participate in an on-call support rotation.
