Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of client instructions and queries in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform validations on client instructions and manage client user access to electronic banking products through provisioning applications in a controlled and risk-free environment.
- Remain vigilant of potential operational risk scenarios associated with the role and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist Clients, Client Service teams, Middle Office, and Help Desk in identifying and resolving issues effectively.
- Proactively identify scenarios that may lead to escalation and manage them efficiently to prevent service disruption.
- Take ownership of and actively promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
