Eligibility Criteria:
- Process various types of invoices, including Purchase Order (PO) invoices, Non-PO invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to blocked invoices in a timely manner.
- Respond to and resolve queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports for invoice processing and related activities.
- Follow up on pending documentation to ensure timely completion for payment processing.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities to address and resolve processing issues.
- Maintain an organized workflow and take initiative as a self-starter.
- Adhere to standard procedures for document filing and record maintenance.
- Exhibit a detail-oriented approach with a professional attitude and reliable work ethic.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, preferably with a specialization in Finance.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in the accounts payable process.
- Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work in any shift as per business requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Quick learner with a flexible, innovative, and resourceful mindset.
- Goal-oriented with a high level of integrity and a professional approach.
