Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a software engineer and change agent by leveraging technical expertise to drive transformation across the organization.
- Work within embedded engineering teams in close collaboration with business partners across trading, sales, asset management, banking, and finance functions.
- Design and automate innovative solutions that maintain the firm’s competitive edge in the financial industry.
- Join core engineering teams to develop reliable and scalable platforms supporting data engineering, machine learning, networking, developer tools, collaboration technologies, and more.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data scientists, and cloud engineers in an agile environment to solve complex problems.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, with a readiness to take on new challenges and make an immediate impact.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong skills in object-oriented or functional analysis and design.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, engage with various stakeholders, and work effectively within a global team environment.

- 1+ years of experience in software development.
Expertise in One or More of the Following Areas:
- Proficiency in compiled programming languages such as Java or C++, or interpreted languages like Python, with hands-on experience in concurrency and memory management.
- Professional experience in responsive web development using frameworks like React, Angular, or Redux, with advanced proficiency in JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest or experience in trading technologies, particularly within front-office trading environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
