Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Collect, organize, and maintain onboarding-related data in centralized databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and ease of accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
Reporting and Dashboards:
- Create and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports to monitor onboarding performance and delivery.
- Develop interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to visualize data and share key insights.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze onboarding trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Apply analytical techniques to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with managers and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment.
Automation and Optimization:
- Automate recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Continuously enhance MIS processes to boost the speed, accuracy, and quality of onboarding operations.

Technical and Professional Skills:
