Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Leadership
- Lead and manage data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure all deliverables align with client specifications and internal standards.
Client Communication and Relationship Management
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Deliver data-driven solutions by presenting clear and actionable findings and recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions, offering strategic insights to drive project progress.
Training and Mentorship
- Lead the onboarding and training of new associates and team members in domain expertise and data analysis methodologies.
- Provide continuous mentorship and support to enhance team performance and individual skill development.
- Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
Automation and Optimization
- Identify opportunities to automate deliverables and streamline business processes.
- Implement advanced analytics tools and techniques to recommend operational improvements and efficiencies.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure all project deliverables adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), client requirements, and internal guidelines.
- Follow QA processes and conduct regular quality checks to maintain high data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor performance metrics against key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a strong foundation in business management or analytics is preferred.
Experience:
- Demonstrated success in managing data-related projects, preferably within business consulting or business analytics domains.
- Experience in client communication, understanding business requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business problems and translate them into actionable insights.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.
- Familiarity with data automation and process optimization techniques, including workflow improvements.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, business intelligence tools, and methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven experience in training, mentoring, and managing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new business domains and contribute effectively across various functions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the consulting industry or in working with clients across a variety of sectors.
