Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using established frameworks and tools to enable early detection of defects and quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, engage in design discussions, and contribute to defining acceptance criteria for thorough test coverage.
- Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and work closely with developers to provide detailed information for effective issue resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with peers to promote a strong culture of code quality, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to internal technical communities to drive excellence and growth.

- Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) concepts and tools, particularly using Gherkin syntax.
- Practical experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub for integration and deployment automation.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of the banking domain and related workflows.
- Knowledge of Flexcube banking software is considered an added advantage.
