Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and synthesize both quantitative data (e.g., sales and usage metrics) and qualitative insights to design effective business and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product packaging and presentation, aiming to influence customer willingness to pay, drive cross-selling opportunities, and maximize revenue.
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting tools such as performance dashboards to support stakeholders in making informed and actionable decisions.
- Create a unified view of each customer by integrating transactional, usage, and other customer-specific data points.
- Enhance model performance and analytical processes by implementing new data infrastructure and advanced analytical techniques.
- Evaluate key performance indicators (e.g., New Business, Pricing, Cancellations) to assess product performance, identify areas for continuous improvement, and monitor market and industry trends.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with experience using Power BI for data visualization.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in market sizing and segmentation, with the ability to apply both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to analyze market data, trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Skilled in preparing detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Able to present market-based strategic insights that support decision-making and help drive new business initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure market insights align with business goals.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Python, R, and SQL, with familiarity in data platforms like Snowflake.
