Description & Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in software testing and automation.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, QA processes, and quality assurance principles.
- Proficient in writing and executing test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Familiar with testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies, including defect tracking and management processes.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, and GitLab.
- Ability to assess and understand the impact of software changes on existing systems.
- Experienced in using test management and defect tracking tools such as HP ALM, Jira, and SynapseRT.
- Exposure to medium to large-scale project implementations.
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance, test management best practices, industry standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
