Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business intelligence and analytics projects for a Life Sciences account, collaborating closely with lead business analysts and customer stakeholders.
- Develop databases and manage end-to-end BI and analytics solutions using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and ETL platforms.
- Apply deep knowledge of RDBMS concepts in data modeling, database development, and ETL design.
- Design and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and manipulation.
- Develop and manage ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx Designer to support BI reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Utilize Alteryx Designer and Server tools including Predictive, Parsing, and various transformation logic tools.
- Perform data blending, joining, parsing, and lineage tracking to ensure high data quality and consistency.
- Create, render, and format reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Build Alteryx macros, analytic apps (standard, batch, iterative), and chained applications for advanced workflow automation.
- Collaborate on scheduling and publishing apps to the Alteryx Gallery, managing collections and deployment.
- Write efficient SQL queries across various RDBMS platforms with a focus on query optimization.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications by interacting with end users and stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively through clear written documentation and verbal discussions.
- Work independently or within cross-functional teams, adapting communication styles to match technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
- Focus on delivering KPI-based solutions with end-user needs and experience in mind.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), Science (BSc/MSc), or Business Administration (MBA).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong personal drive and a positive work ethic with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to different types of engagements, varying work hours, environments, and locations.
