Key Responsibilities:
- Process Streamlining and Simplification: Assist in mapping existing processes to identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for streamlined and simplified process steps.
- Presentation: Contribute to team activities by drafting and presenting findings to internal teams in a clear and structured manner.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Project Support: Assist in driving projects to success by ensuring adherence to timelines and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in General Management, preferably with a specialization in Finance or a related field.
- Must be able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college to undertake a summer internship.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with data efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
