Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the development team by contributing to the creation of high-quality, high-performance code.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, and support of technical solutions.
- Work collaboratively with business partners to understand, gather, and clarify requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Design and develop applications that align with industry best practices and standards.
- Actively contribute to resolving production issues and ensuring system stability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or completion of a certified development program.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in C# and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with XML, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft ADO is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
- Experience collaborating with global teams.
- Basic knowledge of the financial domain.
