Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to establish a comprehensive Internal Communications Metrics program, including defining KPIs and setting up metrics by business unit.
- Develop and implement weekly reporting for the Green Dot communication channel.
- Produce and analyze communication metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Generate and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly communication performance reports.
- Support the management of the metrics request form and ensure timely resolution of requests within defined SLAs.
- Organize and manage metrics community calls; create and share analytical insights with the broader communications community.
- Oversee operations of the email analytics tool, assist in troubleshooting issues, and coordinate with vendor support and internal ITS teams.
- Serve as the owner and primary operator of the PoliteMail tool, ensuring smooth functionality and usage across teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with hands-on working experience.
- Skilled in business analysis, including gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into well-documented requirements.
- Experience in developing new Tableau dashboards or enhancing existing ones, preferably by connecting to large data sources in data warehouses.
- 1–2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Proficient in performing data analysis, data mining, and generating reports based on business needs.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong logical thinking skills in developing reports, dashboards, automation tools, or analytical models.
- Effective communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interpret and present data insights clearly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Capable of managing and executing reporting and analytics projects end-to-end.
- Experience in collaborating with internal teams, global clients, and cross-border stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
