Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support by responding to employee inquiries related to employment, contracts, onboarding processes, global benefits, employment verifications, and other general matters, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain and update the HRIS system with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring timely processing of employee changes and new joiner information.
- Manage and lead global HR projects, such as employee engagement, training programs, and cultural initiatives.
- Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes and contribute to the execution of the people strategy within assigned areas.
- Act as a global HR partner by collaborating effectively with colleagues, including team leads, managers, and executives.
- Coordinate new hire processes, including onboarding documentation specific to each country, creation of personnel files, system setup, and scheduling of introductory reviews.
- Support employees with benefits enrollment and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll data.
- Liaise with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Generate purchase orders for internal departmental needs.
- Provide administrative assistance to employees in the processing and management of benefits.
- Conduct regular audits of employee records and systems to maintain accuracy and ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional achievements throughout academics and professional career.
- Prior experience in an entry-level HR or People team role is advantageous, ideally within the Technology industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proven ability to prioritize complex workloads, manage time efficiently, and perform well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and capability to manage and maintain confidential information.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments, with a proactive attitude toward challenges.
- Takes initiative and actively contributes ideas to improve processes and team success.
- Ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career in Human Resources.
- Willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events or team gatherings.
