Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate historical business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends to provide insights that enhance business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
- Recommend strategic actions and suggest improvements to operational policies and future business opportunities.
- Conduct exploratory, confirmatory, and/or qualitative data analyses as needed.
- Translate data into actionable consumer or customer behavioral insights to support targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Effectively communicate insights and findings to business partners and senior leadership.
- Continuously optimize processes and strategies by evaluating and integrating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to design, implement, monitor, and refine decision strategies.
- Assess and manage risks when making business decisions by ensuring adherence to applicable laws, policies, and ethical standards.
- Uphold the firm’s reputation by promoting compliance, ethical conduct, and transparent reporting of control issues, particularly in safeguarding Citigroup’s clients and assets.
