Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analytics to support and drive strategic business decisions.
- Evaluate existing business processes to assess efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and other key performance metrics.
- Communicate insights and analysis effectively with business teams and key stakeholders.
- Prepare strategic recommendations to enhance process improvements and drive business optimization.
- Draft and maintain detailed user stories for each sprint, and collaborate closely with technical teams during implementation.
- Ensure that the developed product aligns with and meets the expectations of the business.
- Apply critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and process improvement skills in day-to-day responsibilities.
- Possess a solid understanding of the objectives and procedures followed by insurance brokers.
- Maintain at least a working knowledge of Big Data solutions and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exhibit independent thinking and maintain a solution-oriented mindset to address challenges effectively.
