Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality analytical insights to support the development and implementation of innovative solutions and problem resolution.
- Capture, validate, and document business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic objectives.
- Interrogate, interpret, and visualize large datasets to uncover insights, support business opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
- Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis to support business needs.
- Conduct and contribute to options analysis to determine the most appropriate data-driven solutions.
- Maintain full traceability and linkage between business requirements and analytical outputs.
- Identify opportunities to challenge and enhance existing business processes for improved customer outcomes.
- Develop and execute quality assurance checks throughout various stages of the project to ensure data integrity, resolve inconsistencies, and maintain high data quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively based on the target audience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of core technical skills relevant to analytics and automation.
- Educational qualification in B.Tech or MCA, with strong programming expertise in C#, VB, and Python.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business and technical challenges.
- Proven ability to maintain full traceability and alignment between business requirements and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) outputs.
- Hands-on experience with RPA development tools and techniques, especially with platforms like UiPath.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders.
- Certification as a UiPath Automation Developer Professional is preferred.
