Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, articulate, and drive clear and actionable requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to support business needs, and translate findings into detailed technical specifications, KPIs, and solution designs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding new development initiatives and ongoing support activities, while serving as the primary point of contact for related inquiries.
- Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Project Management teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and effective delivery.
- Identify interdependencies across projects and teams to align delivery timelines and ensure smooth execution.
- Own and maintain comprehensive user stories and requirements documentation to guide development and testing efforts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess strong technical and analytical skills, demonstrated through prior experience in software development or business analysis roles.
- Eager to enhance existing skills and take initiative to deliver high-quality results, with a strong ability to learn new subject areas quickly and apply appropriate technology solutions.
- Proven experience in writing and testing both functional and non-functional software requirements, while effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for breaking down complex activities into manageable tasks and scheduling development work and defect resolution effectively.
- Highly organized and capable of collaborating with global teams across different time zones.
- Experienced in Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strengths in collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Exposure to news production environments, financial or risk-related content, or generative AI technologies is a plus, though not mandatory.
