Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of various reporting and analytical tasks, including the extraction, compilation, and interpretation of key operational and statistical data to support the Service Delivery Unit (SDU).
- Develop and implement new processes to enhance reporting effectiveness, while consolidating and maintaining internal and external departmental reports for stakeholders such as other departments and senior management.
- Design, automate, and maintain standardized operational reports on a recurring basis to ensure consistent delivery of critical business insights.
- Manage and maintain a reporting schedule and ensure thorough documentation of all reporting procedures to support governance audits and regulatory compliance.
- Build and implement audit processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency across reports.
- Perform ad hoc reporting duties based on evolving business requirements, including designing and building new reports as requested.
- Create and maintain documentation for new reports, while also updating or modifying existing report documentation as needed.
- Assess and estimate the effort and resources required to develop specific reports.
- Oversee the maintenance of existing reports as well as the reporting portal and overall reporting environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 1 to 3 years of industry experience in the telecommunications domain.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar reporting applications.
- Familiarity with programming languages used in machine learning, such as Python, is considered an added advantage.
- Experience with Business Objects (BO) for report development and management is preferred.
- Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to manage and automate reports is beneficial.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hindi.
