Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various data loading and data transformation activities to support business and analytical needs.
- Apply knowledge of data parsing, formatting, and transformation techniques to convert raw data into standardized, analysis-ready formats.
- Demonstrate proficiency in implementing logical and physical data models that align with Master Data Management (MDM) best practices.
- Integrate data from multiple source formats into a unified master data load to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Utilize at least one Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tool effectively to manage data workflows.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Possess hands-on experience in scripting languages such as Pig, Python, Perl, or similar.
- Capable of translating analytical problems into clear and actionable data requirements.
- Have a solid understanding of logical and physical data models, big data storage architectures, data modeling methodologies, metadata management, master data management (MDM), data lineage, and data profiling.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and innovations, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
- Demonstrate the ability to leverage curiosity and creativity to drive meaningful business impact.
- Ask insightful follow-up questions when working on new data or projects and recognize broader implications of ideas.
